People either love Coriander or hate it. Only using the crushed seeds, not the leaves, the distinct taste is a really nice pairing in our Mettwurst.
On opening, remove the plastic completely and if you wish to store the Mettwurst in anything, PAPER ONLY.
No need to refrigerate except in humid climates. If in doubt, store in the fridge.
Best left to mature after removal of plastic for a day or so to enhance the flavours (If you can resist).
